I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a bustling shopping area. The location was perfect for anyone looking to explore the wholesale market and do some shopping. Additionally, the rooms were newly constructed and had all the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast, although not confirmed beforehand, was a pleasant surprise and a great way to start the day.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Easy to get to, 10 minutes' walk to jim thompson house. You can eat at Crystal Grill, which is set 400 feet away from the property.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The location was convenient for shopping and finding food.
The hotel lobby was dirty and the staff was unhelpful. The room was overpriced for its small size and poor access.

We loved how clean and modern the hotel room was. The staff were also pleasant and helpful. The hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the Pratunam market and also near to several other markets. Transportation was easy to find, as there were many cab options.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located near the busiest shopping areas and Pratunam market. It is near the Sky train, which is handy for getting around the city. there are many food stalls and shopping stores around. the rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff provide good service.
The hotel is not great when it comes to handling delays, and the transportation service needs improvement.

the room was clean, and the location was right in the middle of the market, so we had access to all the shopping we wanted! Plus, the hotel had a nice pool, which was great for relaxing and taking a break from the heat. Dislikes: there were a lot of things that I didn't like about the hotel. First of all, it was really hard to find - we had to walk a long way to the entrance and the area didn't feel very safe. the staff was particularly rude and unhelpful, and they even lied to us a few times. Finally, the hotel charged us for things that were clearly not our responsibility, which left a bad taste in our mouth. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
